
A little about our properties
We have twelve wonderful Lodges set in beautiful grounds. Each Lodge has been specifically designed to offer an alternative to residential care to accommodate the needs of active seniors and provide them with a pleasant, relaxing and comfortable environment.
All are equipped with modern facilities of an exceptional standard. All the homes have a Locality Manager who is experienced and qualified to deal with the diverse needs of the tenants.
Evergreen Lodge in Bideford, was completed in 2013 and our brand new lodges at Strawberry Fields, Ashford were completed in February 2016 and are purpose built units.
99 Yelland Road
99 Yelland Road is situated within the small village of Fremington. It is within easy distance of Instow Beach. Locality Manager: Wendy Hicks
Catherine’s Court
Catherine’s Court is situated at the top of Pottery Lane in the village of Yelland. The Lodges at Catherine’s Court are sister lodges, built next to each other within a large plot. Locality Manager: Wendy Hicks
Fremington Lodge
Fremington Lodge was our first lodge that opened in 2005. Located in the centre of a large site with neighbouring Waterside and Oaktree Lodges in the village of Fremington. Senior Locality Manager: Sarah Fitzgerald
Newlands Lodges
Landkey is a village on the outskirts of Barnstaple it has all the usual amenities pub, shop and church and it has a lovely friendly village feel. Locality Managers: Wendy Hicks and Steve Spreckley
Waterside Lodge
Our smallest lodge to date, Waterside Lodge is very cosy and friendly. Located on the same site as Fremington Lodge and Oak Tree Lodge in Fremington. Senior Locality Manager: Sarah Fitzgerald
Strawberry Fields
Strawberry Fields Lodges are purpose built lodges. There are two spacious, light and airy buildings with security, door pads and electric gates for safe living. Each room is of a good size with spacious en-suites and include patio doors giving direct access to the grounds. Senior Locality Manager: Sarah Fitzgerald
