Our smallest lodge to date, Waterside Lodge is very cosy and friendly. Located on the same site as Fremington Lodge and Oak Tree Lodge in Fremington.
Waterside Lodge is a purpose built dwelling situated next to Fremington Lodge. There is a well planned kitchen, utility (laundry) room, lounge and dining room. All of the rooms at Waterside Lodge are light and airy.
Waterside Lodge has an open planned communal area which is nice so that the staff can interact with the tenants a lot of the time.
The bedrooms are all en-suite and are located down a corridor with 3 facing to the front of the property and 3 facing toward the back.
From the lodge, all access is sloping towards the gardens and seating areas.
Waterside Lodge is situated within the small village of Fremington. It is within easy distance of Instow Beach. Both Fremington and Yelland villages include convenience stores and a post office. Shopping and theatres are within easy reach in nearby Barnstaple and Bideford.
There is plenty of parking on this site and a bus stop at the top of the drive with buses running regularly to Barnstaple and Bideford.
