It has a lovely view out over the garden and pond.

All rooms are single rooms with wet rooms and patio doors to outside spaces, along with wide corridors for wheelchair access.  There is a communal bathroom for tenants that prefer bathing.

Next door is Newlands 1 with adjoining gardens, therefore, there is an opportunity to mix with other tenants.  There is a large decked area at the back of Lodge 1 that tenants can enjoy with beautiful established trees and shrubs.

There is plenty of parking at the front of the building.
