Newlands Lodges are situated within the small community village of Landkey. Within the village there is one village pub and two churches. Shopping and theatres are within easy reach in Barnstaple, just 2 miles away. There are lovely walks to enjoy nearby.
Newlands 2 is a purpose built lodge with open-planned communal space where carers and tenants can interact.
It has a lovely view out over the garden and pond.
All rooms are single rooms with wet rooms and patio doors to outside spaces, along with wide corridors for wheelchair access. There is a communal bathroom for tenants that prefer bathing.
Next door is Newlands 1 with adjoining gardens, therefore, there is an opportunity to mix with other tenants. There is a large decked area at the back of Lodge 1 that tenants can enjoy with beautiful established trees and shrubs.
There is plenty of parking at the front of the building.
