Evergreen is a purpose built lodge with a cosy one bedroom annex on the same property. The building has security, door pads and electric gates for safe living and each room is of a good size with spacious en-suites and include patio doors giving direct access to the grounds.
Evergreen is located in a quiet residential road just off Northdown road area in Bideford.
The communal areas are all interlinked, meaning that it is possible to walk from room to room, around the building in a continuous flow.
The lounge, kitchen and dining areas at Evergreen are open-plan meaning staff can integrate with the tenants at all times. The lounge area is large and overlooks a patio area.
With modern underfloor heating throughout, Evergreen provides rooms with much more wall space for tenants’ possessions and enables the staff to easily control and regulate the heating.
There is plenty of parking space at Evergreen and the location is easily accessible by car.
